Peak Fat Burning take 2

Who: Radagast and SO
Exercise type: Kathy Smith's Functionally Fit Peak Fat Burning
Portions of tape: warmup, interval workout, cooldown (entire tape)
Duration: ~40 minutes
Notes: Radagast's SO had to stop working out after the first interval due to not feeling good (probably due to not feeling well overall, not necessarily due to the workout). As with before, Radagast was thoroughly worn out by the end of the workout.
