Yoga for Strength take 4

Notes: It's been a long time since we did this tape; we didn't remember how good a workout it was. As with the last time we did session 2, we had trouble holding many of the poses (though we were able to do brave warrior without a chair to support us). Radagast's SO developed a shoulder cramp partway through the tape.
Soreness report: We can already tell we'll be very sore tomorrow.
