Weightlifting take 11

Duration: ~1 1/2 hours
Notes: Instead of heading to the gym today, we did a dumbbell/bodyweight workout at home. Our workout was based on this routine and consisted of dumbbell squats, dumbbell stiff-legged deadlifts, single-legged calf raises, ab crunches, one-arm rows, pushups, standing overhead dumbbell presses, and planks/hyperextensions. It took us a while to figure out the proper form for some of the exercises, as we haven't done too much with free weights yet.
