Calf stretching take 1
Who: Radagast's SO
Exercise type: Calf stretches
Notes: Radagast's SO has determined that it should be medically useful to do daily calf stretches; this post will help track those stretches. To encourage Radagast's SO to do these stretches, we have decided that stretching 7/7 days in a week will earn $5 toward the Radagast's SO exercise reward fund, and stretching at least 5/7 days in a week will earn $2.50.
