First time using the tape

Exercise type: Kathy Smith's Body Basics video
Portions of tape: Warmup, arm, 1/2 aerobics, abs
Duration: ~40 minutes
Notes: See here. We'd had enough by the end of the ab portion.
Soreness report: Yikes! Our muscles are not used to this. Ooooooh, our ams. Oooooh, our abs. Sore for 2 days.
