Doing the second half of the tape

Exercise type: Kathy Smith's Body Basics video
Portions of tape: Warmup, aerobics, abs, legs, butt, cooldown
Duration: ~50 minutes
Notes: The legs workout was challenging (and painful).
Soreness report: Ooh, our aching abs, legs, and butts. Sore for 2 days.
