Bicycling take 1

Who: Radagast
Exercise type: Bicycling on city streets
Duration: ~50 minutes of bicycling, ~15 minutes of rest in the middle
Distance: ~10.25 miles
Notes: Taking a break in a park to watch the sun starting to set was nice :)
Soreness report: I'm already starting to get sore only a few hours after the ride. Darn "hills".
