Gardening take 3

Who: Radagast and SO
Exercise type: Gardening
Intensity: Moderate
Duration: 3 hours
Notes: Thinning out planting beds in the front yard and mowing the lawn. Lots of reaching into small spaces to pull out dead foliage, combined with lots of lifting and pulling.
Soreness report: Radagast and SO were both moderately sore the day after the work; it was a surprisingly good workout.
